Cancellation Policy
đź’… BeautyByNeen Cancellation Policy
At BeautyByNeen, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy below.
📆 Appointments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your final service total.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
đźš« Late Cancellations
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service total.
❌ No Shows
• Clients who do not show up to their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total.
• After 1 no-show, a deposit will be required for all future bookings.
⏰ Late Arrivals
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals past that may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.

• Deposits are non-refundable, even if the appointment is canceled in time.
• Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
